Travel in Himachal Pradesh and Ladakh, including Spiti Valley, involves high-altitude terrain, remote routes, variable weather, and roads that can be affected by landslides, snow, or other natural conditions outside our control. Itineraries may need to be adjusted for traveler safety. We take reasonable care in planning routes, accommodation, and logistics, but travelers should be in reasonable health for high-altitude travel and are encouraged to consult a doctor before booking if they have any medical concerns.
Our travel agent registration with the Himachal Pradesh Department of Tourism & Civil Aviation covers our operation as a travel agent. It does not, by itself, entitle us to carry out adventure activities without the separate licensing required by the Tourism Department for such activities, where applicable.
Accommodation, drivers, guides, and other on-ground services are provided in coordination with local partners. While we select these partners carefully, their individual terms and conditions may also apply to your trip.
Cancellation policies, rescheduling terms, and any applicable charges will be communicated directly at the time of booking confirmation, as these can vary by trip, season, and the specific accommodation or transport involved.
We work to plan safe, well-coordinated journeys, but travel in remote, high-altitude terrain carries inherent risk. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for delays, losses, or incidents arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather, road conditions, or third-party service providers.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh having jurisdiction over any disputes.
